The Nutriton Experts 12 week weight loss program is designed for busy professionals who want to change their weight sustainably, without giving up their lives to do so. If you are willing to make modifications to your diet (and or your lifestyle) and know you need ongoing professional advice, then this program is aimed at you.

  • You’ll receive 6 x 30min face to face sessions with a Dietitian over a 12 week period
  • A customised food and fitness plan
  • Weekly emails to set goals and to touch base with you
  • An online food diary (optional) and feedback from the Dietitian throughout the week
  • Unlimited support and email contact during the program
  • Access to online resources and educational videos
  • A health and nutrition assessment at the start (and completion) of the program to track your improvements in both your blood report and overall lifestyle.
